About Workraft
Workraft started with a problem.
Businesses know how their operations need to work. Their software doesn't.
Because work doesn't happen in neat little boxes.
When software doesn't fit.
- At first, it looks like one missing feature.
- Then the calculation moves to Excel.
- The approval moves to WhatsApp.
- The document gets chased through email.
- The rule becomes something only one person remembers.
- One workaround becomes several.
- Eventually, the workaround becomes the workflow.
Founded 2026
Boxes are for cats.
We started Workraft after facing these problems in our own business. Every system we tried put the operation in a box.
We also love cats, and cats love boxes. That's when it clicked: a box is the perfect place for a cat. For a business, it's a ceiling.
So we left the box to the cat and looked up. A business shouldn't have a ceiling. Not even the sky. That's why Workraft lives in space.
We thought there should be another option.
- Standard software
- Asks the operation to fit predefined fields, modules and workflows.
- Custom development
- Can solve the problem, but it takes time, costs more and becomes difficult to change.
What if software started somewhere else?
Not with what the system already knows how to do, but with the actual problem.
Our answer
Workraft is an AI-native workforce operations platform shaped around how your business actually works.
You describe the problem
In your own words, the way you would explain it to a new manager.
- The people
- The information
- The rules
- The calculations
- The approvals
- The exceptions
becomes
Workraft turns it into
- Connected data
- Workflows
- Calculations
- Screens
Built on Workraft's permissions and audit trail
The solution becomes part of the system, not another workaround outside it.
And when the problem changes?
Change the description. The module changes with it.
- No rebuilding the entire system.
- No new spreadsheet on the side.
- No waiting for the next product release.
Because solving today's problem isn't enough if the software can't adapt to tomorrow's.
What we believe.
-
Start with the work.
Understand the operation before deciding how the software should work.
-
Make complexity easier to run.
Real operations are complex. Managing them shouldn't have to be.
-
Stay ready for change.
A solution should evolve with the business, not become its next limitation.
