Is anyone running late on visits?

Omar is 20 minutes late for his 11:20. I've told the client and offered the visit to Maya, who is nearby, just in case. Everything else is on time.

Questions from care and home health.

How do we prove a visit happened?

The carer checks in at the client's door from the phone, the tasks and medication list open for that visit, and the check-out closes it. The visit record, with times, is there for the commissioner and for an inspection.

What happens when a carer is running late?

The client is told, and if needed the visit is offered to a carer nearby who has the time and the skills.

Is travel time paid?

Yes. Travel time between visits is recorded, and you decide how it is paid. It goes to payroll alongside visit time.

Can we keep the same carer with the same client?

Yes. Continuity is part of the matching, so the same carer is preferred for the same client wherever possible.
