Does it check the skill mix before I save the rota?

Yes. You set the rule per shift, for example two registered nurses and three assistants, and the rota will not save with a gap in it. Registrations and training are checked at the same time, so an expiring one is flagged weeks ahead.

Can the bank be offered a shift before agency?

Yes. The open shift goes to your bank pool first. Agency is used only if nobody from the bank takes it.

Is the record ready for an inspection?

Every shift, who worked it, their registration at the time and any change with who made it and why, ready to export.
