Can a station be staffed by someone who isn't certified for it?

No. The rota checks the certification per station before it saves, and cover at shift change is offered only to operators certified for that station, rested, and lowest on overtime this month.

How is overtime shared fairly?

Extra shifts and cover go first to certified, rested operators with the least overtime this month, so it evens out over time. The rate follows your agreement.

Does it handle a three-shift rotation?

Yes. Rotations are set up once and rostered forward, with rest between shifts checked on every change.

What does the line supervisor see at shift change?

Every station, who is on it, and any gap the moment someone hasn't clocked in, with the operators who could cover.
