Questions from security.

What happens when a guard doesn't book on?

The control room sees the post as not booked on fifteen minutes before the shift. Cover is offered to licensed, rested guards nearby, the client is told when it is covered, and the whole thing is on the night's report.

Are patrol rounds logged for the client?

Yes. Guards tap NFC checkpoints along the route, each one time-stamped. A missed checkpoint is flagged during the shift, not discovered in the morning.

Are rest and working-time limits checked when covering?

Yes. Cover is only offered to guards with a valid licence who are within their working-time and rest limits. Anyone who would break a rule is not offered the post.

Can the client see the night's report?

Yes. The patrol log, book-on times and any incidents go into a report for the client, and the hours on it match the invoice.
