Can Tom take Thursday's Northgate night shift?

Yes. His scaffolding licence covers Northgate, his Site B induction runs to March, and he's off on Thursday, so he'll be rested. Want me to offer it to him?

Questions from construction.

Does attendance work on a site with no Wi-Fi or signal?

Yes. BLE badges talk to a small gateway on LTE, NFC tags work at gates and hoists, and clock-ins are buffered on the phone until it is back online. Where there is nothing at all, a photo of the paper timesheet is read in.

Can a client approve hours before they are invoiced?

Yes. When the crew's day is done, the timesheet goes to the client's site manager, who approves it from their phone or queries a line. Only approved hours reach payroll and the invoice, and the approval stays on the record.

What happens when a licence expires in the middle of a project?

It is flagged weeks before it expires, and the worker uploads the renewal from the phone. If it does lapse, nobody can be rostered or clocked in on work that licence covers until the new one is on file.

Can supervisors correct a record, and is it tracked?

Yes. A supervisor can correct a clock-in or a break, and every change keeps who made it, when and why. The original stays visible next to the correction.
