Questions from staffing and manpower.

How fast can an order be filled?

Workers who match the requirements and are compliant and available get the offer on their phone and confirm from it. The client sees the names as they confirm.

What happens when a worker doesn't turn up?

A replacement is offered from the standby list straight away. The client sees who is through the gate as it happens.

Can the client approve timesheets themselves?

Yes. The client approves the week's timesheet from their own login or phone. Only approved hours go to payroll and the invoice.

Does it handle pay rate, charge rate and margin?

Yes. Pay rate and charge rate are stored with the placement, so payroll and the invoice come from the same approved hours and the margin is visible per client and per order.
