Do agency workers go through the same checks?

Yes. An agency worker is checked at the turnstile like your own staff: licence, induction and the shift they are rostered on. Their hours are approved and billed from the same record.

Can only licensed drivers be rostered on the forklift zone?

Yes. Only drivers with a valid forklift licence for that zone can be assigned, and an expiring licence is flagged 30 days ahead.

How do you plan headcount for peak?

From the volume forecast. Headcount per shift is worked out, and open shifts go to your own pool and to agencies at the same time.

Are night premiums applied automatically?

Yes. The night rate is applied to the approved hours by the rule, for your own staff and for agency billing.
