IntegrationsWorks with the tools you already run.
Workraft becomes the one place your operation runs, and exchanges data with the systems around it: payroll, accounting, HR and the messaging your workers already use.
What it connects to.
Tell us what you run today. These are the kinds of systems Workraft exchanges data with.
-
Payroll
Approved hours, premiums and allowances leave as a payroll-ready file or a direct connection.
-
Accounting and invoicing
Invoices built from approved shifts go to the system your finance team already uses.
-
HR systems
Worker records and documents stay in step with the HR system that holds the contract.
-
ERP and client systems
Orders and sites come in from the systems your clients and sales team work in.
-
Messaging
Workers get shifts, reminders and answers on WhatsApp and in the worker app.
-
On-site hardware
BLE gateways and NFC tags at gates, hoists and equipment feed attendance directly.
Two connections that do the most work.
-
WhatsApp
Reach workers on the app they already read.
Open shifts, reminders and the AI supervisor's answers go out on WhatsApp, in each worker's language. Replies come back into Workraft, so nothing lives in a group chat.
-
BLE gateways and NFC
Attendance without Wi-Fi or an IT project.
Gateways with their own mobile connection read workers' badges at the gate; NFC tags on hoists and equipment log who used what. Every tap lands on the same timesheet.
Questions, answered.
Can you connect to our payroll system?
Tell us which one. Most teams start with a payroll-ready export and move to a direct connection once the rules are settled.
Do we need IT for the gateways?
No. The gateways have their own mobile connection, so they never touch your Wi-Fi or network. Mount one at the gate, link it to the site in Workraft, and taps start landing on the timesheet.
Can we export everything?
Yes. Timesheets, payroll files, invoices and reports export whenever you need them. Your data stays yours, including if you ever leave.
